To lead the Talent, Learning & Development function within CBRE Korea working as an individual contributor.

Provide functional leadership to both the business and People team in the areas of talent/succession planning, leadership capability development, professional development, early careers development, employee onboarding and digital learning strategy. Ensure Talent and Learning programmes and initiatives help enable achievement of both the CBRE enterprise and the Advisory Services business strategic priorities and growth agenda.

Ensure CBRE adopts a best in class and inclusive approach to talent management and learning, that supports delivery of a world class employee experience, cultivates a strong learning culture across all areas the business, supports delivery of the overall global/regional employee engagement vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Consult with key business and functional senior leaders to understand business needs to source or design and deliver high impact talent and learning programmes 
•    Partner with the line of business and corporate function leaders on employee engagement action planning 
•    In partnership with the People Lead – Korea lead talent and succession planning process ensuring the identification of high potential talent and targeted development plans are in place and executed 
•    Deliver leadership, management and talent programmes in partnership with the business leveraging available regional and global program content
•    Manage the overall learning curriculum and calendar for the Korea business ensuring current and future needs are aligned to the strategic business priorities, and that this is aligned to the Divisional, Regional and Global Talent and Learning strategy
•    Evaluate and report on the business impact as a result of talent and learning programmes
•  Ensure digital learning is an integral and integrated part of the development offering and includes the utilization of exiting global learning content such as HMM and LinkedIn Learning, as well as internally curated content
•    Be proactive in sharing in region best practice with peers across the Regional and Global Talent, Learning & Development teams
•    Training delivery and meeting facilitation as the business requires
•    Lead and manage the annual Performance Management cycle 
•    Drive utilization and uptake of CBRE’s learning management system (Corner Stone)– Talent Coach
•    Provide operational support for overall People (HR) team initiatives and duties

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:
•    Formal qualifications in Business, HR, Organization Development or related disciplined preferred
•    Previous experience in a Talent Management or Learning & Development role in a global MNC (3-5 years’ experience preferred)
•    Experience working within a highly matrixed work environment
•    Demonstrated understanding of future learning & leadership trends and innovation
•    Ability to engage and interact at a senior executive level
•    Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization with strong influence skills
•    Facilitation skills and presentation skills
•    Can work independently and with flexibility, operates with tenacity
•    Able to identify learning and career opportunities for self and others
•    Ability to collaborate and influence across business lines, geographies and teams – team player
•    Highly organized, with attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
•    Must be capable of establishing internal and external networks and working on cross-functional teams globally and in-region
•    Experience using Microsoft office suite
