Play a pivotal role in the success of the FM service deliveries for Sydney Campus Region
Based in Sydney CBD

Candidates with passion in building relationships and delivering outstanding client experience will thrive in this role


Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • The point of escalation for effective FM operational delivery of the client account in the region and service outcomes
  • Manage the Sydney Campus Facilities Management team and provide technical assistance across the Macquarie portfolio
  • Management of premium commercial building located in Sydney
  • Liaise with the other State based Facilities Management teams and clients, and assist operational staff to ensure delivery of highest standard of service to the client
  • Manage contractors, change management and ensure all aspects of assurance, safety and risk management are adhered to
  • Provide client management representatives with direct, clear and concise communication and updates on all FM matters
  • Work with the ANZ Regional team and lead the preparation of annual operating maintenance and capital works budgets

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful: 
  • At least 5 years' experience in operations and portfolio facilities management preferably on high end premiere commercial and industrial properties.
  • Experience in contractor management with excellent knowledge of building services operations.
  • People management experience with a proven track record of developing and mentoring team members
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and resolve issues with a solution focused, client centric approach
