Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director – Western Sydney
  • Responsible for all elements of the management and co-ordination of marketing campaigns
  • Production and design of Track Record/Capability Statement documents
  • Creation and preparation of high-quality client submissions
  • Creation and preparation of high-quality property Information Memorandums
  • Typing and preparing of various documentation including correspondence, submissions, reports, sales authorities, letters, minutes, mail-outs, and various other general documents
  • Collate reports and other marketing documents and ensure high level of quality and consistency in branding, content and format
  • Research and preparation of databases for regular mailouts
  • Preparation of brochures and Executive Summaries as required
  • Assist with accurate and diligent inputting, linking, maintaining and updating property details, sales enquiries, requirements, client information, client profiling and departmental pipelines in Salesforce and the property database system
  • Assisting with invoice fee generation process in Finishline
  • Assisting with trust accounting systems including monitoring and processing of trust deposits and releases with attention to detail and within designated timeframes.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating business line-based events including sending invitations/collating RSVPs and confirming tables at events


Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver;

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a sales team, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Creative flair and ideally, experience using InDesign or other desktop publishing packages
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS office skills
  • Ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
