Summary

Service oriented position for an individual with great communication and organization skills, to oversee the daily operations and marketing of experienced professionals in an exciting and fast paced industry! 

Responsibilities

- Provides administrative and marketing support to a group of sales professionals.
- Gathers and manages supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete all required documents for compliance purposes, and process Brokers’ commission payments while abiding by company policies as well as local and national laws.
- Produces marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, social posts while maintaining CBRE brand guidelines.
- Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls. Responds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communications.
- Maintains and updates relevant databases and assists with website updates. Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records. 
- May coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members.
- May attend sales team meetings for the purpose of recording meeting minutes or action items. 
- Serves as a liaison with administrative, IT, research, conveyance, and marketing departments.
- Carries out special projects and assignments as requested.


Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination experience and education.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient.
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.
- Ability to work as a self-motivated individual and in a team environment.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor.
- Knowledge of financial terms/principles and ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions.
