Facilities Coordinator

What do we need?

Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas.
Full Bilingual (English and Spanish)

4 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities

-        Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.

-        Attends client meetings.

-        Financial experience with the following items would be great: Budgeting, Forecasting, Escalations, Billbacks, and Reporting. 

-        Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.

-        Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

-        Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.  Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.

-        Personal in charge
