JOB SUMMARY ● Performs non-technical housekeeping, light maintenance and occupancy and custodial duties under direct supervision. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas. ● Maintain cleanliness of the facility using standard cleaning procedures like vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, servicing restrooms, refilling and restocking paper products, dusting, sanitizing touchpoints etc. ● Conference rooms are cleaned and maintained daily, including whiteboards, office supplies, reset chairs etc. ● Help support large events by setting up and breaking down tables and preparing the event space as needed. ● Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety. ● Performs general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. ● Supports internal moves through delivery and collection of crates and other packing supplies. ● Manages inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are accounted for and orderly at all times. Maintains key inventory, providing replacements and responding to desk and office lockouts. ● Ability to lift up to 50lbs from time to time ● Performs other duties as assigned. ● Basic Computer knowledge

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED. 1 - 2 years experience. 

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES May require a valid driver's license. 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. 

REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. 

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. 

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.

Assists maintenance staff, engineers and company vendors as requested. Escort vendors as directed and review completed work.

Performs other duties as assigned.
