Part Time Opportunity (2.5 days per week)
Perth CBD location

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Support the day to day management of a portfolio of commercial assets including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.
  • Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requests
  • General administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants;
  • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
  • Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
  • General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 
  • Previous administration experience is essential, within a property environment would be advantageous though not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Being proactive, showing initiative and having very good attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills and the capability to manage multiple projects;
  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages and the ability to pick up new systems quickly;
