The Opportunity!

This unique opportunity within CBRE will see you manage only one asset which is an iconic building in North Sydney, consisting of office tower, retail centre, hotel and carpark.

Working with an onsite building management team, you will be responsible for ensuring your portfolio is managed in a premium condition with high quality levels of presentation and operation. This role is accountable for the timely delivery of internal reporting, the accurate management of property-related information and the co-ordination of customer-centric initiatives throughout the assets.
 
About you;
  • A property related qualification and proven experience in commercial or retail property management 
  • NSW Real Estate License
  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
