The Opportunity: 

We are looking for an individual who will create and facilitate an engaged and connected partnership and customer community at a premium asset in Sydney’s CBD. The role is also responsible for delivering on our commitment to our client, by ensuring that bespoke experiences across all customer touch points are delivered. This role will build strategic, valuable and sticky relationships with each of the customers’ key contacts, influencers and decision makers, determining their needs and delivering on them. 

This role is open to either Full Time or Part time (3 days per week) working arrangements.

Here’s what you will focus on;

  • Build sticky, meaningful and result driven connections with the key contacts, influencers and decision makers with our precinct partners, as well as the general customer community.
  • Work with the General Manager and Customer Director to develop a proactive approach to managing influencer and decision maker’s expectations.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to drive satisfaction and retention. Extract and analyse data to formulate practical, tangible and evidence based strategies. 
  • Work with the leasing team to communicate to prospects the benefits to senior leadership as well as employees, of being a customer at our premium asset
  • Create a community of leadership between our precinct partners – key contacts, influencers and decision makers. 
  • Plan and create events including but not limited to panel discussions, talks, problem solving, entertainment, workshops and meetings, based on a deep understanding of our partners, insight into their business strategies and the relationships between them as they evolve as a community. 

Your Background:

  • Good knowledge of communications and marketing strategies, systems and providers
  • Skillset to take data, analyse, formulate doable strategies -evidence based strategies
  • Problem solving/opportunity facilitator
  • High standards of professionalism
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication and can build effective relationships with senior and C-suite level customers, the community, clients and colleagues
  • Ability to build positive and constructive relationships internally and externally for successful outcomes
  • Operates autonomously and demonstrates initiative to achieve business results.
  • Ability to establish and communicate clear direction for others
  • Demonstrates risk management knowledge and can identify, analyse and mitigate common risks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Innovative thinker and the ability to think creatively
