Likewise, you should be excited to experiment and explore new creative ideas and channels while delivering complex content to our audiences that we can measure.  To that end, the ideal candidate must have ability to create realistic schedules, and after launch, derive meaningful insights from data that can be applied to future content initiatives. 

While nested in a large organization, candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing to include digital, social and event platforms.
The Marketing Specialist / Producer develops content activations that amplify our market position and our thought leadership.

This role will work closely with cross-functional partners (Content Strategy, Creative, Social Marketing, Digital Marketing, Research, Comms, Product Marketing, Pursuits and Events), build, quality assure and deploy emails and social activations, and bring our content to life in-market in new ways that attract and strengthen our relationship with our audiences.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple content projects, and executing activation plans while developing and quality-assuring creative assets that support our global and regional content initiatives.
This role will be challenged daily in:
Activation Production
  • Conducting day-to-day production planning and management activities.
  • Executing digital content campaigns, including building and quality assuring emails.
  • Developing interactive digital modules.
  • Crafting social posts and activation content.
  • Working with in- and out-of-house partners to produce cross-channel activations including original video, audio, animation and interactive pieces.
  • Creatively developing and testing new content activation ideas.
  • Participating in execution of A/B and multivariate testing activities.
  • Understanding SEO, its application to content creation, and optimizing activations.
  • Familiarity with HTML and Javascript and/or Adobe Photoshop/Premiere recommended.

Content Strategy
  • Implementing multi-format, cross-channel marketing plans in concert with regional and global partners.
  • Working side by side with Content Strategists to develop and disseminate world class content across all our external and internal channels.
  • Actively maintaining an activation calendar, ensuring global stakeholders are informed and considered.
  • Pulling data and making recommendations to continually optimize activations.
  • Ensuring all content maintains brand standards and overseeing creative approvals for all content and event marketing materials
  • Collaborating with external vendors to develop activations for all channel applications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience owning and managing the execution and delivery of key deliverables
  • Ability to take initiative and act proactively
  • Email marketing experience – tactical implementation and strategy.
  • Experience managing online campaign metrics
  • Understanding of both online and offline marketing strategy development and data-driven channel execution
  • Insatiable curiosity
