As a Snr Manager, Digital and Technology Transformation Programs, you will be a catalyst in 
strategic digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for project managing 
transformational initiatives across Cloud, DevOps & Platform Programs with an eye for details. You 
will advocate agile practices and enable the delivery of programs working across cross functional 
global teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

•     Effectively work across both business and technology teams to conceptualize and 
develop delivery plans for high impact transformational programs across Cloud, DevOps and Digital 
Platforms.
•     Deliver detailed yet pragmatic plans to achieve outcomes against program roadmaps
•     Proactively chair all program board meetings, project meetings by bringing together 
matrix resources across the company
•     Deliver executive steer co briefings on progress, risks, and decision requests
•     Working across agile teams, serve as the program owner in the Agile/SCRUM 
development process including writing user stories, preparing the backlog, leading backlog 
refinement, and planning for future product increments.
•     Determine program financial targets to establish funding and resource requirements
•     Provide vendor management guidance and oversight by creating and maintaining 
scorecards to track vendor and partner performance
•     Coordination, execution, and implementation of initiatives
•     Anticipate problems and complications and formulate solutions so as not to delay the 
progress of the initiative
•     Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution
•     Interact regularly with the business stakeholders to manage expectations and 
communicate program progress
•     Follow program management best practices to facilitate the delivery of large, 
cross-functional initiatives
•     Identify consultant resource levels and skills required for specific initiatives
•     Oversee consultant resources including monitoring and tracking performance.
•     Provide feedback to team members on the content and quality of deliverables as well 
as professional and career development 
 

 

 

Required Qualifications
•     4-year degree required in Business or Computer Science
•     Master’s Degree is a plus
•     7+ years of global program management experience in a technology-oriented 
organization, ideally in an agile setting
•     Preferably comes from a technology or software development background with a passion 
for program management
•     Excellent knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Example – SAFE), public cloud 
technologies, DevOps practices
•     Have managed SCRUM of SCRUMs, Agile Release Trains etc across multiple functional 
teams
•     Advanced hands on knowledge of various agile and project management tools – ADO, 
JIRA, MS project etc
•     Strong ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and communicate impacts 
to timeline, scope, and costs.
•     Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to run cross functional meetings.
•     Certification such as PMI Agile Certified Practioners, SaFE etc are preferred and 
would be an advantage
