The Team 

The Business Support Team is leading the way to provide business support requirements to all accounts in Singapore and to implement standardized processes across the board to provide accurate and timely support for business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

? Budget / Forecast

o Work with Stakeholders on achieving Forecasts and meet stretch targets

o Ensure risks identified on scope, profitability is met

o Mitigating risks on meeting plan/forecast

o Support month-end close process

? Projects based accounting

o Oversight projects billing milestones and costs trading margins

o Projects reporting and ensure tracking against forecast

o Mitigating risks on meeting plan/forecast

? Month-end close

o Support month-end close process

o Review Team member works

? Stakeholder engagement

o Leads rhythm of business with Stakeholders to understand the business needs

o Attend Contract reviews and support on-site Team, suggest improvement if any

? Manage Team members

o Ability to lead and manage Team members

o Conduct Training where necessary

o Lead the Team performance on regular catch-up and provide constructive feedback 

o Conduct performance reviews

? Others 

o On-site visit and Client engagement 

o Support on Client request

o Ad-hoc projects assigned

Technical knowledge: good knowledge of Finance processes

Communication: good verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving: able to independently resolve issues in a safe and timely manner

Collaboration: displays the business acumen and ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project

Desire to learn: displays a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and be guided by others and stays abreast with the latest industry information

Qualifications and Education: degree, certified accountant
