Work with a team that has been responsible for the marketing strategies and strategic launches for a majority of Australia's premium residential projects over the past 20 years. Their knowledge, expertise and experience in the residential space is unrivalled in Australia and the Asia Pacific. 

We are looking for a proactive and professional Sales Administrator to support our highly successful team. This role will provide support to the sales team, preparing and collect all sales paperwork and required documentation to facilitate all sales through to settlement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and distribution of documentation to facilitate every stage of each sale
  • Entry and updating of property information, sales data, and settlement timelines
  • Facilitate Agency Trust transactions
  • Creation and maintenance of transaction files in line with auditing requirements
  • Provide reporting for vendors and clients when required
  • Manage and respond to client, solicitor, purchaser, and agent queries
  • Assist with front of house and reception cover

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and professional individual with:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous administration experience ideally in real estate supporting salespeople
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to give attention to detail, prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines, while dealing with conflicting and varied demands
  • High level ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • A high level of initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
