The workplace Change/Project Manager will be responsible for delivering successful corporate real estate workplace change projects for a global client.

You have:

    • excellent communication and client relations skills
    • a passion for working within and among teams
    • quality and attention to details
    • project management skills- including organisation and time management
    • leadership experience and the drive to take initiative
    • a business development mind-set
    • schedule flexibility including occasional weekend work
    • excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite applications

You might also have:

    • a background in facilities, commercial real estate or architecture & planning
    • workplace strategy and/or organizational change management experience
    • experience leading a culture change
    • experience consulting, with change management or with strategy & planning
    • a PMP/FM certification
    • space planning, CAFM or design background

An average day may include:

  • successfully managing all implementation and change activity across multiple projects
  • embedding of new ways of working and culture within the business post move
  • measuring success of the various stages of the change program through agreed KPIs and deliver reportingon a regular basis
  • quickly adapting to a variety of work environments, structures and cultures
  • stakeholder engagement planning and implementation
  • devising and maintaining strategic control plans
  • preparing and delivering creative and engaging corporate communication
  • coordinating with internal clients, third parties, IT and facility leaders
  • managing and developing project teams
  • managing space, storage, furniture and other facility audits
  • creating and delivering presentations, training materials and workplace strategy guides for client teams
  • production and maintenance of project quality, version control and risk logs
  • monitoring resource levels and expenses on projects against budgets
