In line with the continued growth and expansion of our business throughout Asia Pacific, we have an exciting opportunity for a People Content & Media Specialist, APAC to join our team. This role can be based in Kuala Lumpur/Singapore/Hong Kong. 

Role Purpose:
This role has responsibility to develop People content for the global company portal, CBRENow.  The role will have responsibility to drive global, regional, and country content development with People teams, ensuring the portal provides an enhanced user experience to CBRE employees looking for information on People-related processes, transactions, and information. 

  • Maintain, improve, and expand on CBRENow - People Knowledge Base content to meet our business goals and provide an enhanced user experience
  • Collaborate with People Operations Leads, Centre of Excellence Leads, and local People teams on developing new content
  • Oversee content review process to ensure content stays relevant, accurate, and up to date.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge base content and processes, including but not limited to:
    • Re-write or wordsmith content to ensure correct grammar and consistency of article structure and format
    • Maintain consistent content production schedule
    • Translate English-written articles to relevant languages using the dynamic translation tool
    • Regularly update tracking and resource documents
  • Monitor usage and engagement metrics to identify what is working well and any areas of opportunity 
  • Stay abreast of any ServiceNow upgrades or CBRE Marketing & Communication re-branding efforts, assessing any potential impact on CBRENow content production
  • Partner with technical team for continuous system optimization
  • Proactively identify ways to improve the user experience, and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
  • Assist with updates to AI chatbot chat flows and configuration

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Communications, or Human Resources 
  • Excellent written English, with a particular focus in editing and grammar
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to perform well under time-pressure 
  • Ability to create content in multiple forms, and understand how different system platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, Company Intranet) interact
  • Ability to balance business-driven/global initiatives, and a positive customer experience
  • Experience of working across multiple countries and regions, in a complex business structure and cultural landscape
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, collaborating with, and supporting colleagues and developing strong partnership with stakeholders
  • Pro-active approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
