About the Role:

As our Property Marketing Specialist, no two days are the same! You will work with people from across the company to manage property marketing projects, timelines, and distill concepts to support business priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver property marketing related projects. This role is a go-to for custom property marketing results. We need you to work within a team to deliver quality projects on time and ask the right questions before the project is due to assure we can produce the right materials such as flyers, websites, email blasts and signage.
  • Sometimes working on one big project that takes 100% of your focus, and other times you’ll have several smaller projects on your plate. You’ll adjust and adapt based on set timelines and priorities, knowing when you can take on more and raising your hand accordingly.
  • Attend meetings with many different people including your manager, designer, and brokers. You’ll explain ideas, make recommendations, and get feedback to implement changes.
  • Produce results and make design edits. Apply an eye for design and notice when details are off. Sometimes managing entire projects using templates in InDesign, Word or PowerPoint, other times you will be making edits to existing files. You will work closely with a graphic designer to run a project or be self-sufficient with a template, and understand, learn, and maintain the integrity of the CBRE brand on everything you see and touch.
What You’ll Need:

  • To thrive in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of related work experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • You should have experience working with a project team to collaborate on marketing concepts and deliver to a client using a project management calendar.
  • Understand how to handle clients that have a lot of different personalities by learning how each partner works differently, to build agreement in real time and setting realistic expectations.
