Requirements:

Professional studies in Industrial, Mechanical and/or Marketing Engineering.

Bachelor of Architecture / Business Administration.

Management of Microsoft Office advanced level.

+3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management in management of commercial or manufacturing properties.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Portuguese, plus*

Knowledge of graphic design software, plus*

Strong skills in communication, teamwork and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Lead processes at local and regional level

Management and coordination between the Sales and Client Solution team. Customer operational platform.

Prepare matrices that identify all required resources.

Establish general schedule of deliveries and critical meetings.

Prepare/Distribute key documents for the general sales strategy.

Actively participate in the solution process, providing value inputs continuously.
