Role Purpose:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an IT Security & Governance Analyst to join our dedicated global client account team, led from London, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for global ownership, management, administration and delivery of all IT Security Governance and Compliance obligations to our high-profile and highly regulated global client, ensuring that CBRE can respond at pace to requests from the client such as IT security requirements and reviews, internal & external compliance audits, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) reviews as well as deliver regular IT governance reporting.

Working both directly with our client as well as the wider CBRE account and corporate teams, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background and knowledge of highly regulated client IT security requirements, to join a world class firm with fantastic career progression and the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the account Global Technology Lead
Global analyst function dedicated to co-ordination, administration & reporting for all client IT Security, Governance, Compliance & Risk Management requirements. 
On-boarding new technology solutions to the client, ensuring all necessary IT Security Governance and Compliance reviews are completed successfully and in a timely fashion. 
Coordinating and managing delivery of client-initiated IT Audit responses, regular IT Security obligations (e.g., Penetration Tests, SOC reports & other client-initiated requests), and Third Party IT Risk Management review responses and closeout
Supporting quarterly IT system access reviews and compliance
Regular Governance reporting content preparation & presentation, managing client Technology Governance forum submissions and associated reporting. 
Providing support and cover for the wider account Technology Team as required from time to time.
Requirements:

Relevant IT Security, Governance, Compliance & Risk Management experience for clients in highly regulated industry sectors.
Strong interest in IT Security, Cyber Security, IT Governance, Compliance and Risk Management with a working knowledge of the ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2 type 2 (or equivalent) standards 
Attention to detail, demonstrates high levels of initiative and well-developed analytical skills
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring deadlines are met and expectations managed
Collaborative team member who is self-motivated, well organised and can manage multiple simultaneous projects
IT literate, particularly in MS Office 365 apps, VBA skills desirable.
Very good written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
