ERP application support, SQL proficiency is essential

Join a Global company providing ERP application support within our property management business for the Pacific Region. 

Here is a snapshot of your day;
  • Respond to customers inquires and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Act as the link between our offshore support team in Manila and local Business Analysts
  • Ensure the offshore team is well-trained in managing support cases to minimise volume of escalations to Level 2 support
  • Provides reports on activities, desk volumes, training, and initiatives
  • Learn and then promote/train effective usage of “PULSE” software / platform.

Here are some of the strengths you will possess and the background you will need to be successful;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous Helpdesk experience 
  • Sound knowledge of SQL fundamentals and ability to apply this in generating more complex queries
  • Ability to use sound SQL knowledge to guide the Level 1 support team as required
  • Financial exposure would be considered advantageous
  • Ability to quickly pick-up processes and technical points
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high volume/transactional environment
  • Ability to problem-solve and understand the requirements/requests of the customer
  • Competency with MS Office 365 including advanced excel skills
  • Accounting / P2P application support experience, ideally MRI is highly advantageous.
