Opportunity to develop your skills in Commercial and Corporate Finance
Work with a highly experience Finance team
Waterfront Place, Brisbane
About the opportunity:
- Assist the Finance Lead with finance-related activities for the Advisory and Transactions and Capital Markets business lines
- Support Finance lead with monthly journals, income trackers, allocation of costs and revenue
- Assist with monthly commentary and writing analysis on the P&Ls for the business
- Support with presentations and executive meetings as required
- Liaise with the business for collection and forecast budget
- Prepare quarterly reports.
About you:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Economics and completion towards CA or CPA
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong customer service skills with a solution focused approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office package, as well as experience with financial systems such as RECD, Peoplesoft, Business Intelligence reporting and TM1 and Salesforce
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
