CBRE is seeking a experienced Facilities Manager looking to take the next step in their career and manage a premium asset in Parramatta for a strategic key client account; Charter Hall. 

The role:
  • Manage the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of a premium asset
  • Manage the coordination of planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
  • Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions
  • Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
  • Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment

About you:
  • 5 + years Facilities Management experience
  • Sound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
  • Demonstrable confidence in communication having the ability to build effective relationships with all parties 
  • Customer service focus
