JOB SUMMARY

Provides analysis and support with investment opportunities that match fund and client portfolio requirements. Calculates investment returns and supports the transaction process in order to contribute to the fund targets of country acquisitions. Works under limited supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the implementation of real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate

goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.

Assists the negotiations for the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.

Assists in drafting a large variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent.

Assists the review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses. 

Facilitates the development of a robust client report package.

Assisting in closely tracking all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.

Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.

Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from five-year college or university. Minimum 2 year of related

experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability

to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively

present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires good knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts intermediate financial

analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret moderately complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires good analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet navigational skills. Ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and software such as Deal Tracker and Argus. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, perform efficient resource planning, establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships and prioritize workload.

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause significant impact to client, co-workers, and supervisor.
