GWS Segment
1. Agency office space management 
  • Maintenance and submission of monthly rental file to Finance Department 
  • Computation of renovation recovery amounts for Agency Leaders (ALs) based on requirements and recovery amount validation 
  • Issuance of renovation recovery letters to AL and subsequent submission to Finance Department 
  • Maintaining database of critical information on all Client's leased buildings, such as lease period, rental rate and floor area 
  • Provide updates to relevant teams on office address changes 
  • Regular meetings with agencies to strategize their office space requirements 
  • Liaising with the Client's appointed property agent on leasing matters 
  • Assist to oversee agency & corporate renovation projects 
2. Assist on Facilities Management (Maintenance and up keeping of office cleanliness, orderliness and safety of office building) 
  • Reporting of building defects to respective contractors / vendors and ensuring resolution 
  • Working closely with building management as fire warden for Scotts building 
  • Coordination of agency shifts between various office locations, including liaising with moving contractors and being main contact point between agency & building management
3. Providing assistance and support for corporate / agency events held at the Client's premises 
  • Working closely with user on requirements and conduct site inspections 
  • Seeking clearance from Building Management 
  • Ensure all relevant support are on site, such as electricians and cleaners  
4. Others 
  • Backup duty for daily mail room duties
