ž   Handle and process incoming calls as well as visitors.

ž   Assist to manage schedules, appointments, and travels, expense reimbursement etc.

ž   Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and events.

ž   Take meeting minutes when necessary.

ž   Prepare under guidance files, reports, ppts, memos and translate documents.

ž   Maintain and update management office files, records and publications.

ž   Collect and consolidate regular reports, track and follow up when necessary.

ž   Support office administrative matters such as office supplier maintenance, meeting room arrangement, photocopying etc.

ž   Prepare the invitation letter, arrange accommodation, draft agenda and schedules meetings for various visitors.

ž   Other work tasks and matters assigned.
