About The Role:

As a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist at CBRE, you will support the development and coordination of internal human resources (HR) communication materials, including news articles, intranet pages, presentations, email communications and more. You will also assist with tracking analytics and reporting outcomes.

A key focus of this role is driving innovation within the team, including leveraging AI tools and building custom agents and workflows that improve how we work, enhance content quality and increase operational efficiency.

This job is part of the Corporate Communications team, which is responsible for leading internal and external communications at CBRE.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop content in support of HR processes and initiatives. This includes drafting written content and partnering with team members on graphic design and video deliverables.
  • Coordinate the delivery of internal communications plans and campaigns that help create a highly engaged workforce.
  • Interact with business leaders and Corporate Communications team members to understand communications and engagement strategy, review progress and seek feedback.
  • Track engagement with content and report on analytics.
  • Support the operations of the HR communications team by working with team members to develop and maintain processes and documentation.
  • Apply a strong design eye to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and communicate clearly and compellingly to internal audiences.
  • Contribute creative direction and visual thinking to campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Serve as the team’s AI champion, staying current on emerging tools and identifying opportunities to apply them to communications work.
  • Design, build and maintain AI-powered agents and automated workflows that help the team produce higher-quality work more efficiently.

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Communications, PR or Marketing or a related discipline from a 4-year college or university, and 2-5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Experience in human resources communications is preferred. Experience working in customer service and/or employee experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective, persuasive communications on HR topics to internal audiences.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and apply communications best practices to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with video production or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building or working with AI tools, including AI agents or automated workflows (e.g., using platforms such as Claude, Copilot or similar).
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, accessible solutions for a non-technical team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications. Experience with creative campaigns, graphic design or video production is a plus.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and report out on findings.
