• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. 
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
• To ensure proper usage of PPE’s.
• Attend safety committee meeting & participate in emergency exercise 
• To maintain and conduct the TBT in regional language for the down line team.
• To do housekeeping audits on weekly basis & give guidelines to the house keeping spurs
• To review the monthly consumables, tools and equipment’s for housekeeping and maintain the inventory. 
• To measure the effectiveness of housekeeping and agency staff & conduct training of the Vendor Staff
• Maintaining the landscaping /indoor plants/ upkeep of the facade of the building.
• Monitor the Garbage yard and waste segregation with periodic disposal adherence
• To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all the common area, office area of building services of the building complex, including facades, basements, terrace and machine rooms.
• To monitor attendance, turnout, effectiveness of the agency staff
• Look after indoor plants and landscaping & train the agency staff and give daily briefings.
• To ensure safe chemicals, below threshold value, are used and MSDS followed
• Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair. and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
• Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event and supervision of façade job allotted to the façade staff
• Provide training to all staff including façade, horticulture and housekeeping regarding all company related standards and policy.
• Ensure daily checklist and log-books should be maintained including façade, horticulture and housekeeping
• Ensure all work at height related jobs permits to be made before starting the job.
• Make ensure that all down line staff must follow the safety related guidelines.
