We have an opportunity for an experienced Operation Supervisor to be responsible for the Residential properties. The primary focus of this role is on service quality, whilst ensuring efficient management The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.

Job Description

1. Support for Property Management in the entire operation management at the project, meet the needs of customers, ensure timely service delivery as well as timely resolution of issues related to provide Services, manage projects, comply with policies, procedures, regulations and obligations and contractual standards.
2. Make sure to check your property regularly. Propose and / or approve changes, maintenance and restoration as necessary.
3. Proposal to negotiate the Contract and monitor the services of the supplier (contractor) as required.
4. Interact with apartment owner / customer (3rd party) to make sure work goals are met.
5. Proactively regulate / forecast the management plan and prepare resources every quarter, ensure to meet the relevant service / budget requirements. Reasonably manage costs and explain the differences.
6. Receive and handle customer requests and complaints related to the quality of the Services in the building.
7. Supervise the quality of daily services of contractors at the project, timely regulate personnel to perform periodic and unexpected tasks at the Project, periodically evaluate the quality of contractors.
8. Prepare and provide timely, accurate and complete report as required.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:

1. Graduated College / University
2. Property Management License required. Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
3. At least 2 years of experience or relevant industry training.
4. Be impartial, progressive, highly responsible, service awareness, trustworthy
5. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Good communication, presentation, and writing skills,
7. Able to analyze and calculate basic financial / intermediary figures.
8. Organize, solve problems well.
9. Good communication English.
