The Team/ The Business: You will be working alongside a team of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding service to our clients, understanding their land use needs and provide the right solution by leveraging our industry leading platform.

What you will be working on:

  • Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/ acquisition of industrial and related properties

  • Source for market leads and information and generate creative leasing service solutions for clients

  • Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business via provision of pre/ post-sales service, effective maintenance of client database and proactive follow-up on client’s needs

  • Follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the Business Line Leader and the Senior Directors, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and meet the business targets set for the Department.

  • Provide support to the department’s marketing effort that includes conducting marketing pitches and presentations, advertising activities and production of marketing materials

  • Lead by example not only the efficient performance of duties but also compliance to all Company policies, and instructions and standards of conduct. 

  • In the course of client contact, be mindful of business opportunities for other departments of the Company.  You are expected to pass on leads and market information to the relevant departments for action with a view to generating business for the Company.

  • Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Business Line Leader and the Senior Directors. 


You are someone with:

  • 3 years or above of experience working within the Industrial and Logistics leasing sector. Candidates from other leasing sectoral coverage will also be considered for the position

  • Strong motivation to grow and develop your career within the sector. You are proactive in identifying business opportunities via various channels

  • Ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and highly influential in conducting negotiation activities. You are someone who possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit

  • Good communication in both Cantonese and English. An ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus

  • Estate Agent license holder

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for higher position
