Your main duties will include: 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and answer all incoming enquiries.
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
  • Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
  • Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
  • Prepare and format legal and management reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Any other admin duties within the Legal department.


  • The successful candidate should have a good level of MS office particularly Word and Excel
  • Admin experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and independent, a high level of attention to detail and excellent organization skills are essential.
