Reporting to the Transition Manager

Job Summary 
The Center of Excellence Transition lead is responsible for the co-ordination and management of regional and global transitions of new accounts into the Global Workplace Knowledge Center of Excellence (GWK COE) The transition lead works closely with various service delivery project resources and the leading members of CBRE GWS Transition team and FM Operations. The primary objective is to deliver transition commitments on time and quality of deliverables and activities.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • To be the transition expert for all new accounts or portfolios which may be added to the GWK COE service platform specially around project management, staffing, training, and service ramp up.
  • To coordinate closely with regional or global Transition Workstream Leads, FM Operations Leads, GWK COE Operations Leads and ensure alignment on platforms, process, and tools.
  • To support the GWK solution efforts as needed in account inquiries in regard to transition cost, elaborating solutions around services in scope, transition process, negotiating and agreeing changes in scope where appropriate.
  • Establish a training and development plan for GWK COE service delivery teams in coordination with FM operations and technology workstream.
  • To help build pool of talents for various domain knowledge in order to support the growing requirements of the shared service delivery platform and facilitate the future staffing of various roles within GWK COE.
  • To lead the effort of connecting GWK COE with the regional and global CBRE transition and FM platforms in regard to quality and service tools, expert network and best practice sharing.
  • To attend and contribute to the regular conference calls with global, regional workstreams. • To ensure the quality gate criteria are met by each workstream leading to Go Live. Evaluate the quality of project outputs against transition commitments 
  • To assesses impact and risks from a Service delivery perspective, provide mitigating solutions and manage escalations during transition.
  • To identify all Service Readiness requirements and ensure they are in place for go live (processes, staffing, training, tools, technology, communication, etc). Provide stakeholders assurance on service transition activities.
  • Uses the GWK COE Transition Methodology to ensure disciplined delivery of action items; schedules, coordinates, documents, and monitors all associated completion dates. • To support process development, program improvement and quality initiatives for transitions
  • Provides training on the existing transition methodology to team members. • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Actively participates in relevant corporate initiatives. Act in a manner consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience a Shared Services or BPO setting.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and various groups. • Ability to motivate and work effectively with key employees, management, and client groups to take desired action. 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyzes, and interprets the complex business issues.
  • Working knowledge in building report dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on any shift depending on business needs 
  • Willing to be assigned at M1 Tower Buendia, Makati
