Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Accountable for the delivery of New Zealand site finance outcomes by taking systematic approaches including Saving Initiatives planning, budget forecasting, actual spends variations tracking
  • Make decisions with thorough knowledge of account procedures and CBRE policies to achieve set results and deadlines
  • Assist, support, guide and/or deliver for on account Facility Management Team the Operational Management Strategy and Asset Management plan for the assigned account to ensure contractual, operational and auditing compliance to deliver account scope of services in accordance with financial budgets
  • Conduct necessary contractual inspections and audits
  • Fleet Management for the countries 150+ cars
  • People management and platform collaboration
  • Ensure all OHS and quality management systems are implemented as per legal obligations and client and CBRE procedures
  • Assist client with investigations if any incidents arise from clients employees and clients engaged contractors/vendors own activities
  • Implement CBRE change management protocols to initiate changes within the account asset management and financial system
  • Engage with CBRE Procurement Team to onboard 3rd party vendors
  • Prepare and distribute reports accurately, professionally and in a timely manner, e.g. Monthly Local Governance Meeting Report
  • Implement Account Governance Model and conduct the mandatory meetings with client in a regular basis
  • Undertakes other duties and tasks as your line manager may require from time to time to meet contractual, operational and organizational business deliverables

Skills and experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related Facility Management 
  • Experience in an associated facility management/operations role 
  • Customer service experience
  • Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • HS&E awareness and knowledge
  • Usage of relevant system applications as it applies to CBRE
  • Membership of FMANZ, preferable
  • Experience in using / managing CMMS and Asset Database Systems
