The successful candidate will deliver high calibre building maintenance services within critical environments as required for the Facilities Management Team. Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests, efficiently undertaking routine daily checks and scheduled maintenance of plant or equipment are of paramount importance. 

Here’s what you'll focus on:
  • Self-performs monthly inspections, day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance of grounds and facility.
  • Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations. Assists with installation ,modification of building equipment systems.
  • Raise work permits (including Tag out, Confined spaces, High Voltage, Fire Isolation, and Hot Works requirements if required), sign off work permits, perform Site Inductions and collaborate with various groups of external vendors to optimize the work schedule. 
  • Assists with trouble shooting; plumbing systems, roofs, drains, landscaping ,gates, doors, electrical to maintain the building and facility to the highest standard.
  • Establish processes required for the above as this is a new site.

Our ideal person:
  • Basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge
  • General maintenance knowledge preferable
  • Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.
  • Ability to learn and pick up new computer operating systems.
  • General knowledge of Site Health & Safety
