Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Oversees and coordinates maintenance or repair work assignments by technicians, vendors, contractors and manage the relationships and training
  • Respond to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Performs weekly facilities inspections and prepares reports.
  • May coordinate and manage move, add and change activities.
  • Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
  • Reviews periodic reports including financials, and explains variances.  
  • Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS, process and procedure training.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Experience in a similar or related role
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Logical and analytical thought processes and good problem solving skills. 
  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages 
  • Familiarity of financial terms and principles
