We are looking for a Data Base Analyst (for Portfolio Services)

Job Responsibilities
  • Check lease agreements for completeness (there are no missing pages, duly signed, etc.).
  • Analyze documents (lease contracts, amendments, emails, or others), and record the main data in our Leasing Administration systems, following established procedures.
  • Carry out quality control of the data stored in the systems, ensuring that they are per the reference documents provided.
  • Prepare operational reports based on data exported from systems or other sources.
  • Perform quality control of the reports prepared, ensuring that their content is correct and meeting customers' needs.
  • Escalate risk situations to the immediate supervisor or manager.
  • Support the coordination of the KPI survey and other quality indicators.
  • Communicate with teams in other countries to answer questions about the data managed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Law, Translation, or related areas in Humanities.
  • Language: Advanced/fluent English written and spoken.

  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
