Business Intelligence Analysts use data to provide strategic guidance and improve the business performance of an organization. They are experts in drawing insights out of large amounts of data using market standard visualization tools such as, but not limited to, Smartsheet and / or Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

A.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Using a variety of analytics tools to analyze data and determine business performance.
2. Transforming raw data into insights, reports, charts, visualizations and forecasts.
3. Create predictive models and develop data-driven solutions explicitly tailored toward the needs of the organization
4. Working with stakeholders to develop metrics used in performance assessment and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Developing new data analysis methods, from data gathering to visualization.
6. Accomplish tasks required by the account and other tasks that may be assigned by the MI Team Leader/MI Account Manager

B.   DUTIES:
1. Process data required for the preparation of the reports
2. Review all data inputs to ensure the accuracy of the reports
3. Consolidate data in the required formats
4. Submit reports on a timely basis
5. Ensure that all reports are correct and without error
6. Document changes in reports prepared
7. Understand key aspects of the client engagement
8. Provide feedback on process improvements needed for quality in service delivery
9. Ensure that errors are corrected within the appropriate time frame and are escalated properly
10. Identify skills required to ensure that tasks are completed and proper training is provided
REQUIREMENT PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED):

At least 1 year work experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
Advanced skills in Excel/PowerBI which includes the use of Power Query.
Experience on Smartsheet is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good in problem solving techniques and methodologies
