Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has been created for a Business Analyst to join and develop your career with our Pacific Digital & Technology team. CBRE operates within an agile methodology environment and this role will work across the product lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment and support. 

Here's what you’ll achieve;

As Business Analyst, you'll be joining a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment with a strong project pipeline across Pacific Region, you’ll work on a variety of initiatives. You’ll be a crucial part of an experienced project team collaborating to understand, intersect and manage client, business, and technology needs, ensuring viable solution outcomes.  

Identifying overarching business needs, you’ll analyse workflows to create process maps, isolate areas of issues, root causes and potential improvements, drive workshops to gather stakeholder input and optimise business outcomes. Operating in a diverse and progressive commercial environment, you’ll leverage your experience and interest across stakeholder analysis, business rules analysis, data analysis, business process re-engineering, decision analysis and the creation/facilitation of effective and engaging workshops, interviews, and presentations. 

As part of a matrixed organisation, you’ll collaborate and build strong working relationships with CBRE Leaders, clients, stakeholders and project teams across the globe. Being the voice of the business lines to D&T and the voice of D&T to the business lines, you’ll ensure alignment across business requirements and customer needs, and that solutions are prioritised, tested, delivered and supported. 

About you:

With your exceptional analytical approach, creative problem solving, high level of agility, organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll have uncapped opportunities to develop and thrive in a challenging, changing and team-oriented work environment with a strong client/customer focus. You’ll enjoy wearing multiple hats, be willing to roll your sleeves up, and have the ability to work autonomously and proactively. Having product management and/or project management experience is desirable. 

Degree qualifications in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems and experience in analysis/development of customer facing projects and technologies in a commercial technology environment will set you up for success.  Having a BABOK or similar certification would be advantageous.
