Leading the P2P & Service Charge team of 10-15 process experts & accountants
Monitoring accuracy of team’s work by following existing procedures and guidelines (ownership of delivery)
Ensuring operations in line within SLA (ownership of delivery)
Building and keeping business relationship with stakeholders on the highest level
Controlling cooperation with external and internal service providers
Participate in MSR reporting (SLA, KPI, Volumetrics, Productivity)
Resolving escalations received from the business as first contact point
Delivering dedicated operational activities
Perform Payments review/approvals/upload to banks
Identifying gaps/inefficiencies in the processes and proposing solutions, Assesses and mitigates operational risks
Using Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies to ensure Data-Driven Operations
Knowledge management - ensuring that all the processes are documented and teams are cross trained.
Governance of backup structure within a team
Supports management in terms of audit, reporting, client presentations and any other ad hoc requests.
Handling recruitment process and HR cases in cooperation with People Department
Supporting team members’ development and monitoring the progress of annual goals achieving
Governance of team and 1-2-1 meetings
Managing the team’s performance, annual evaluation and sharing feedback
Maintenance of ad hoc tasks, given by superior/manager/director

Required Skills
Strong leadership skills. Experience with accounting team leadership (AP /AR/GL) for at least 1-2 years.
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or other professional accounting qualification).
Fluency in English is a must
Communicative German language - nice to have
Ability to lead the team consisting of individuals with various seniority levels.
MS Excel at advanced level is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving skills and eye for details.
A committed team player who is keen to develop her/his career and team with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
US GAAP/IFRS general knowledge would be an asset.
Experience in Service Now or any other ticketing system would be an asset.
ERP system - Yardi Voyager or similar knowledge would be an asset.
