Responsibilities:
- Coordinating/ creating/ sending campaign logic
- Coordinating/ creating/ posting/ boosting on social media platforms
- Coordinating/ creating website landing page
- Assist in daily operation of social media platform i.e. LINEOA, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat
- Preparing reports, minutes of meeting and presentation
- Coordinating with partners on marketing campaign i.e. CRM, events, etc.
- Coordinating content proof reading
- Assist in marketing administration works and coordinate on marketing related assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 1 year of working experience in marketing administration or online marketing is a plus
- Familiar with and active in all kinds of social media
- Detail-oriented and prioritization with multitasking skills
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required and knowledge in Salesforce and/or Graphic Design is a plus
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Flexible working hours during weekdays and weekends
