Job Summary:
If you would like to have real impact on Learning & Development of Talents in our Warsaw BSO Center, this is a perfect opportunity for you to begin journey in People Department and support Learning & Development Team
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting development and delivery of effective onboarding process
Logistic and administration of internal and external training
Acting as first point of contact for employee queries
Controlling satisfaction and effectiveness of delivered courses
Supporting event organization
Administrating Learning Platform (Talent Coach - Cornerstone)
Involvement in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning/online packages
Suggesting and implementing improvements
Requirements
Fluency in written and verbal English & Polish - C1 level as the minimum
Experience in Cornerstone will be an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very good organizational skills
Solution oriented with can do attitude
Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate task efficiently ensuring all deadline are met, delivering a high quality service
Good knowledge of MS office
