Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greeting residents and guests.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments of the property operation as needed.
  • Thoroughly walk the amenity spaces in the building to ensure that they are always presentable, reporting/fixing issues when they occur. While completing walk-through, greet tenants with a smile and incur on how their day/building experience is going.
  • Assisting with arrival issues such as showing guests to the elevator and escorting visitors to the proper destination within the lobby.
  • Help to manage deliveries to the lobby/mail-room area.
  • Facilitating the acceptance of visitors with a friendly security staff member, while always ensuring that no unwanted guests gain access to the building.
