Provide high level finance administrative support to our team
6-month temporary role with potential for permanent  
Sydney | Land of the Gadigal people

We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team on a key client account for the next 6 months with a possibility to be extended or permanent.  You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of supplier invoices, queries, admin inbox and tracking of expenses. There will be times where you will assist Facilities Managers & Customer Experience team with Helpdesk work orders and creditor queries.

The Opportunity:

  • Accurate and timely processing of creditor invoices & expense reimbursements
  • Action creditor, internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries within a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Investigate and action invoice discrepancies, statements and balances brought forward.
  • Liaising with Accountants, Facilities Managers or Property Managers on improvements or invoicing / work order issues
  • Maintain CX Tracker versus budget for various projects. 
  • Assist with adhoc administrative tasks.

About You:

  • Expert level and experience of core Microsoft Packages – Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 
  • Sound knowledge of accounting operations
  • Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders 
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Ability to take initiatives and work with minimal supervision
