  • Establish and enforce SOPs, statutory compliances, licenses, and food safety standards (FSSAI, hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety).
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, security, and overall food court maintenance.
  • Implement checklists, audits, medical/food/water tests, PPM schedules, and compliance trackers (including CAPA).
  • Manage staff hiring, training, mentoring, grooming, and manpower scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, cashiering, accounting systems, and sales reporting.
  • Drive customer service excellence, tenant relationships, complaint resolution, and feedback implementation.
  • Plan and execute food festivals, marketing initiatives, and sustainability/energy-saving measures.
  • Support Property Manager, management initiatives, ISO/5S/IGBC/BEE/BSC certifications, and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and QBR reports
