12 Month Contract in our beautiful North Sydney office

Executive Support for a Senior Sales Director and Sales Team

Use your administration skills in this role supporting our Residential Projects Sales Director and Sales team

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Draft, review and prepare reports with minimal instruction
  • Managing, adjust and transfer sales leads as instructed by Sales Director
  • Recruit, manage and organise casual staff as instructed by Sales Director
  • Create and update weekly sales staff roster
  • Co-ordinate sales executive recruitment process with HR and run onboarding program
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Director and Sales team

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

  • Experience in a similar administration position
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
