Opportunity for a driven, passionate, collaborative, and innovative design professional to join our high-performing and industry-leading team and progress their career with a global company. 

Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Act as a team lead and provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to team to ensure work is successfully completed to required deadlines
  • Be passionate about helping team members develop their skills, and show curiosity in new design mediums, upcoming technology, and creative trends.
  • Lead and project manage designs, act as primary communicator to key stakeholders, and lead brainstorming sessions with the design team to consistently bring innovative and compelling solutions 
  • Expertly deliver collateral across both print and digital formats and can easily navigate through more complex strategy-related tasks (i.e. story boarding, concepting/brainstorming, presenting work to clients, etc.)
  • Conceptualise and deliver smart, strategic, digitally savvy, world-class creative outcomes for internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all marketing and digital materials produced by team

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design, with 7+ years related work experience as a senior designer, with experience leading/managing mid-weight and junior designers
  • Demonstrate expertise across design principles, techniques, and applications
  • Passion for design, strong eye for detail, strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, UI/UX, After Effects, Premier Pro/Rush or Final Cut Pro, Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Web based applications
  • Advanced knowledge of automated creative platforms (Canva) and cloud-based storage (Box, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive), CEROS experience an advantage
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to situations, and collaborate with teams
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn from others and to share knowledge; always strive to improve and be proactive.
