If you are a proactive and driven individual with a passion for real estate, we have an exciting sales role available in our coveted Western Sydney office. 

Here's what you’ll achieve;
  • This is an entry-level role available for a bright, enthusiastic, aspiring Property professional to join our Metro Investments team. 
  • We’ll set you up for success and give you the tools you need providing you with key contacts, significant leads in addition to on-the-job training from some of the best in the industry.
  • You’ll form a valued part of our team where you’ll collaborate with clients and build your network.
  • Liaise between owners and buyer to negotiate with both parties to enable agreement on price, knowledge of how sales are structured, and other elements related to the sale arrangements
  • Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for sale, and to identify the strengths and potential negative elements of the site to facilitate discussions with both owners and buyers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to source new listings utilising activities such as cold calling, mail-outs, attending networking functions, and proactively seeking to increase personal knowledge of the market (focusing on trends and potential opportunities)
  • Prepare project client reports and compile executive summaries and investment reports
  • Assist in the growing and maintaining of the Metropolitan Investments property database (Salesforce) with sales information relating to the client base including property listings, sales history, owner contact details, marketing proposals and reports
  • Prepare cash flows and undertake feasibility studies where required

About you;
  • Adaptability, professionalism and a commitment to customer service
  • A passion for real estate and a desire for success
  • A "team player" who loves contributing and cares about their role
  • An excellent communicator, able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline and experience within the commercial or residential property industry is highly desirable 
  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
