The primary purpose of this position is to provide data entry support, data analysis / visualization to project management operations, project administration and project managers for capital projects from inception through completion for both Office and Retail teams.

Audits, solicits, and provides reporting on Project Management key performance indicators and

compliance document readiness.

Function as SME of client project tracking system (PTS), project websites/shares, etc.

Monitors, reports, and manages inputs and updates into the Client PTS system for Key Initiative


Respond to internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and

project tracking system data.

Assist project management executives in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence

to project administrative practices and policies.

Assist in training new project managers and temporary employees on project policies and


Ensures business data and analysis requirements are met by properly applying data concepts

through collection and cleansing of data.

Ability to collect, analyze, manipulate, and report on client’s data.

Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data to

generate insights and address reporting needs.

Monitor team’s workload/pipeline and produce monthly forecasting of gearing ratios.

Defines data requirements and gathers and validates information.

Designs rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to client/upper management.

Additional Responsibilities Requested by client:

Maintains client’s large database of Client Program Management. Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity in cooperation with CBRE Team.

The prime candidate will be able to work in a quick paced environment, where reporting requests may change quickly – and ad hoc responses have to be fulfilled.

Other duties may be assigned.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum of 2 years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience or any similar combination of education and experience.

Prior experience with Power BI is required.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Intermediate skills with MS Suite of products. Advanced ability with MS Excel. Intermediate ability with

MS Power BI software. Advanced PowerPoint skills are a PLUS, but not a core requirement.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
