Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the Pricing & Risk Leads in administering the pricing process during Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Contract renewals, with a key focus on designing and consolidating Excel files/templates. 
• Understand, analyze, and develop reports based on RFP material/documents for the Sales and Solution Teams using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.   
• Discuss, design, and align the pricing data collection strategy for all countries, regions, and services within the scope of the RFP with the Pricing & Risk Leads. 
• Create new pricing collection templates or adjust standard templates to suit RFP requirements.  
• Assist the Global Risk and Pricing Lead in generating timely pricing collection workbooks per RFP requirements. 
• Own the consolidation of pricing information and update pricing models to generate deal level Profit & Loss reports  
• Assist the Pricing & Risk Leads in accurately transposing pricing data into the specified Client template. 
• Implement relevant validation and audit controls to ensure that pricing data is free from errors and inconsistencies that may have occurred during consolidation and transposing of data. 
• Design and implement a systematic folder structure at the start of each new pursuit. 
• Assist the Transition Team and Pricing & Risk Lead with post-award commercial handover activities to ensure smooth knowledge transfer. 
Qualifications/Required Skills  

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred;  
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity, innovation in mind and ensures accuracy on all deliverables.  
• Extremely organized and methodical in your approach to work and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time;  
• Excellent analytical skills, able to handle high volume of data with ability to articulate complex business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.  
• Willingness to work on different time zones on a monthly or bi-monthly rotational working schedule between day, mid and night shift in line with business requirement. 
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken with excellent interpersonal and communication skills) 
• MS Excel data manipulation skills – pivot table, lookups, complex excel formula as a minimal is compulsory
