CBRE Philippines is expanding its Advisory Services solutions in the Philippines and we are seeking a generalist People Business Partner to be part of the rapidly growing business. 

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to work with business lines, providing People strategic and operational business partnering as well as support and championing organizational change and business initiatives.
The People Business Partner is responsible for providing a central point for People matters, advice and guidance business lines. Primary business partners are Business Line Leaders and their respective management teams and the incumbent is expected to drive initiatives with the business, at both tactical and strategic levels.
The People BP will work with the People Shared Services Center, Philippines People Operations team and country and/or regional People to agree and make recommendations to Leaders that are consistent with local country practice and legislation. 

  • Support Philippines People leadership with the implementation and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow, and marketing of People strategy. 
  • Assist to link overall People strategy into business plans for lines of business within the allocated portfolio. Understands the business and is closely aligned with the business leaders. 
  • Provide interpretation of corporate policies and procedures; i.e. guides managers in handling sensitive issues regarding performance management and other employee relations matters. 
  • Enhance employee and management performance by identifying training and development needs, offering and evaluating appropriate training programs, ensuring effective utilization of performance management feedback systems and processes. 
  • Ensure that employees within areas of responsibility adhere to the corporate policies and procedures and are in compliance with applicable People requirements. 
  • Implements required initiatives and best-demonstrated People practices in conjunction with management. 
  • Partner the business leaders to source, attract, recruit and onboard top-quality talent for business growth
  • Provides People insight into operational issues and goals. 
  • Partner and support total rewards administration solutions and processes to ensure effective, efficient and accurate program application
  • Prepares and audits data to ensure appropriate business decisions are being made within the areas of responsibility. Uses data to make educated decisions and suggestions to management.
  • Coordinates and counsels management on the proper handling of all reductions in force.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and CBRE’s work regulations in the Philippines
  • Agile and flexible nature to adapt to a fast pace, and changing environment while continuing to deliver outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, People tools (People Soft), recruitment tools like Avature.
  • Bachelor's degree from college or university and a minimum of 5 years of related business experience.
  • At least 5 years of generalist People experience gained in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Total Rewards or Analytics, with at least 3 years of People Business Partnering experience
  • Experience of working in multi-national environments for large globally based organizations with complex matrix reporting structures.
