Job opportunity:

The Office Services Coordinator acts as the heart of the workplace providing personalized services to team members and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community.

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Act as the first point of engagement with team members and visitors, creating a warm, supportive and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the Experience. 
  • Conduct a variety of front-of-house activities including: Visitor registration and wayfinding, visitor and team recreational, dining or business activities and recommendations, transportation & travel arrangements, laundry and dry-cleaning services and answers incoming telephone and email. 
  • Develop relationships with local partners to maintain a service manual of recommendations for the team and their visitors.
  • Perform general mailroom duties associated with distributing packages and mail as required. 
  • Support with meeting and events tasks such as scheduling, stocking, and coordinating setup conference/meetings rooms.
  • Order and stock office supplies and other common use items.
  • Be an extension of the facilities team by handing building and cleaning requests as needed.
