This role will be responsible for the delivery of customer service to the client on the relevant accounts. Key to this role will be the ability to provide reactive and planned maintenance support to site along with technical guidance. This role will be a key part of the operational team on this account assisting and supporting both the client facility and FM contact

The person will work on different CBRE accounts across a portfolio of contracts and with other CBRE business units, this is a key role as you will be the customer facing representative of the Contracts that you are working on.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Responsible for customer satisfaction for PPM and reactive tasks services provided on the sites.

Responsible for all hard services within scope and including planned and reactive maintenance.

Work with the CBRE helpdesk to resolve issues, reporting on both PPM and Reactive tasks.

Oversee all CBRE third party suppliers ensuring they work safely and effectively.

Maintain fit for purpose safe, clean, tidy plant rooms. (Within Scope)

Support and assist site FM service delivery offering technical advice when requested

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Technically qualified *(Electrical) with 18th Edition

Good building services background with broad knowledge of HVAC systems

Good knowledge of water management and the requirements of ACOP L8

Good knowledge of Emergency lighting regulations.

Excellent Communicator and Planner;

Good EHS background;

Team player;

Excellent IT skills including Excel;

Excellent Organisational skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES include the following:

Working in a customer facing engineering/facilities role

Experience of working on a remote client account without direct supervision

A flexible approach with experience of changing priorities and short timescales.

Experience of working with non-technical managers
